Leisure Homes intends to develop two residential buildings on one 34,086 square foot and one 20,875 square foot plot of land in Al Barsha opposite Dubai Media City.
The Founders currently own both plots of land that will be utilised to develop the Al Barsha Residential Buildings. It is intended that the Founders will contribute this land to Leisure Homes at its market valuation at completion of the Private Placement. It is expected that this land will be the subject of three independent market valuations, with the average representing the valuation at which it will be contributed to Leisure Homes.
