Projects in Mirdiff have included the development of:

• 20 villas which are currently let and generate rental income of AED 1 million, and are currently valued at AED 11 million.
• 13 four bedroom villas sold for AED 9 million, an image of which is set out below; and
• 18 villas in three separate plots comprising of six villas each that was sold for AED 14 million.
